I think that doing it would probably need to actually use a word-by-word
format, and probably introduce the vowels first, while dropping the elective
silent vowels.

I've started with p/b because of the difficulty in introducing vowels. However, I wonder if that wouldn't be better. I have some work to do. I'll do the first chapter of Dracula twice, in the first, I'll introduce p/b which I've almost finished. For the second, I'll introduce egg/age. Right now, I'm simply selecting and changing the letters by hand. I guess I have some work to do. Once I'm done, I'll export it to PDF and let you guys make your decision.

Hello. I've just joined this group and am new to Shavian but have
known Read's QuickScript alphabet for some time. I had this same idea
to make a set of tutorials for QuickScript some time ago. You can
download the tutorials here: http://quikscript.heliohost.org/ . Hope
these give you some helpful/guiding ideas for your similar Shavian
project.

I have added a menu to the Firefox extension to allow the user to
switch between the Shavian and Latin alphabets. I have also nominated
the extension for the public site.

Could the extension perhaps be linked from shavian.org?
