Don't we all wish we had a copy of Androlocles! I wish I did, but I

Listed in Mirriam Webster as FOHK-s(schwa)l and BO-s(schwa)n. I have to
say this for the boat people, you sure have interesting ways of
abbreviating things.

Maybe I should get a canoe (pronounced c(schwa)n-OOH)

Love you guys!

There is a slight problem... they usually want money for their books,
and I have none to spare at the moment. I'll remember that though,
thanks.

It would be good to use the namer dot (and capital letter) when
referring to God, as a differentiation between the "God of the Bible"
(which is always capitalized) and the generic term "god", meaning any
diety, not necessarily "The one true God".

As for capitalizing pronouns referring to God, if the old AV (KJV) Bible
doesn't do it, then I see no need to do it myself. But of course,
that's up to the individual to decide how they will use the namer dot.
Some have even suggested skipping the namer dot altogether, but that may
be a little more than most people are willing to accept.

I agree. Use the pronunciation of the acronyms where appropriate, else
use Shavian acronyms (or leave the acronym in TO).

I have never seen much use for apostrophes in common words, so I don't
normally use them in Shavian, not even for possessive case. If you
don't pronounce it, why write it?

Hi Hugh & Star
The problem with capitalizing Important Abstract Nouns, is that
occasionally, those words are real names of people or things. Names
like Charity, Rose, Prudence, Summer, Rock (Hudson) are used in the
abstract form and also as names of Real things. Rather than add
these exceptions and then have to puzzle out what we are talking
about lets just leave it be. We could maybe use an asterisk instead.
As for G-d, you can just use one of his many names instead of the
confusing Generic term and then add a namer dot.

Regards, Paul V.
